TSDC-200型高(gao)低(di)溫(wen)熱(re)刺(ci)激電流測量(liang)儀,熱(re)激勵去(qu)極(ji)化電流測量(liang)系(thermally stimulated depolar-ization currents,簡寫(xie)為(wei)TSDC或TSC)是電(dian)介(jie)質(zhi)材料(liao)在(zai)受(shou)熱(re)過程中建(jian)立極化態(tai)或(huo)解(jie)除極(ji)化態(tai)時所產(chan)生的短路電(dian)流。基(ji)本方(fang)法(fa)是將(jiang)試(shi)樣夾(jia)在兩電(dian)極之(zhi)間(jian),加熱(re)到(dao)壹定(ding)溫(wen)度(du)使樣品(pin)中的載(zai)流子(zi)激發,然(ran)後(hou)施(shi)加壹個(ge)直流的極(ji)化電壓(ya),經(jing)過壹段(duan)時間使(shi)樣品(pin)充(chong)分極(ji)化,以(yi)便(bian)載(zai)流子(zi)向(xiang)電極(ji)漂(piao)移(yi)或(huo)偶極子(zi)
熱(re)刺(ci)激電流(Thermally Stimulated Current,TSD)技(ji)術是通(tong)過將樣品(pin)線(xian)性升溫(wen),使(shi)材料(liao)中不(bu)同陷(xian)阱能(neng)級內(nei)的空(kong)間電荷脫阱(jing),或使(shi)取向(xiang)的偶極分(fen)子(zi)發生(sheng)松(song)弛(chi),在(zai)外(wai)電路(lu)上產(chan)生電流,獲(huo)得(de)電(dian)流隨溫(wen)度(du)的變(bian)化關(guan)系的壹門技(ji)術。通(tong)過對(dui)所(suo)獲(huo)得(de)的電(dian)流-溫(wen)度(du)譜的分(fen)析(xi)、計算,可得(de)到(dao)捕(bu)獲(huo)空(kong)間電荷和(he)取向(xiang)偶極分(fen)子(zi)的束(shu)縛能(neng)級、活化能(neng)分布(bu)和(he)儲存的電(dian)荷(he)密度(du)、脫阱電(dian)荷(he)的逃(tao)逸(yi)頻率(lv)和(he)平均渡越時間等參(can)數(shu),是研(yan)究材料(liao)內(nei)部(bu)空(kong)間電荷
