ZJ-5型疊層(ceng)壓電(dian)D33測試(shi)儀在 方(fang)形(xing)多層(ceng)壓電(dian)陶(tao)瓷疊堆(dui)單(dan)元(yuan),是(shi)壹款(kuan)超(chao)高量程的壓電(dian)測試(shi)儀,能(neng)夠(gou)勝任萬級(ji)的壓電(dian)系(xi)數測量。多(duo)層(ceng)及疊層(ceng)壓電(dian)的研(yan)究是(shi)目(mu)前壹個全(quan)新(xin)的領域(yu),也是(shi)壓電(dian)陶(tao)瓷新(xin)的發展(zhan)方(fang)向。
方形多層(ceng)壓電(dian)陶(tao)瓷疊堆(dui)單(dan)元(yuan) 壓電(dian)陶(tao)瓷堆棧(zhan)由(you)多(duo)個壓電(dian)陶(tao)瓷片堆(dui)疊而(er)成(cheng),並(bing)使(shi)用環氧(yang)樹脂(zhi)粘(zhan)合(he)起來。這(zhe)些壓電(dian)陶(tao)瓷堆棧(zhan)能(neng)獲(huo)得明(ming)顯(xian)大(da)於單(dan)個壓電(dian)陶(tao)瓷芯(xin)片的自(zi)由(you)行程,同時(shi)能(neng)保(bao)持(chi)亞(ya)毫秒(miao)級的響應時(shi)間和較低(di)的驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)壓範圍。
方形分(fen)立式(shi)壓電(dian)陶(tao)瓷堆棧(zhan)由(you)多(duo)個壓電(dian)陶(tao)瓷芯(xin)片面(mian)對面(mian)堆疊組(zu)成(cheng),並(bing)使(shi)用環氧(yang)樹脂(zhi)和玻璃(li)珠(zhu)粘(zhan)合(he)起來。這(zhe)些壓電(dian)陶(tao)瓷堆棧(zhan)能(neng)獲(huo)得明(ming)顯(xian)大(da)於單(dan)個壓電(dian)陶(tao)瓷芯(xin)片的自(zi)由(you)行程,同時(shi)能(neng)保(bao)持(chi)亞(ya)毫秒(miao)級的響應時(shi)間和較低(di)的驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)壓範圍。
壓電(dian)陶(tao)瓷堆棧(zhan)的兩(liang)個安裝表(biao)面(mian)貼有陶(tao)瓷端帽。可選(xuan)平面(mian)端帽或半(ban)球(qiu)端帽,平面(mian)端帽和半(ban)球(qiu)端帽有不(bu)同的優(you)點。當負(fu)載(zai)沿(yan)著驅(qu)動(dong)器的平移軸方(fang)向(xiang)時(shi),平面(mian)端帽因(yin)具(ju)有較大(da)的接觸面(mian)積能(neng)實(shi)現(xian)大(da)的力傳(chuan)遞(di)。而(er)半(ban)球(qiu)端帽使驅(qu)動(dong)器可以接合(he)離軸負(fu)載(zai),因(yin)為(wei)曲面(mian)使作(zuo)用力沿著驅(qu)動(dong)器平移軸移(yi)動(dong)。陶(tao)瓷端帽不(bu)僅有利(li)於使(shi)負載(zai)施(shi)加(jia)的力分(fen)布(bu)在(zai)堆(dui)棧(zhan)的安裝表(biao)面(mian)上,而且有助於引導力沿著驅(qu)動(dong)器的移動(dong)軸。
每(mei)個堆(dui)棧(zhan)的四個側(ce)面(mian)上都有絕(jue)緣陶(tao)瓷層(ceng),用於隔離(li)濕(shi)氣(qi)。與(yu)環氧(yang)樹脂(zhi)鍍層(ceng)相(xiang)比,陶(tao)瓷層(ceng)可更(geng)好地隔離(li)濕(shi)氣(qi)。對(dui)於(yu)更(geng)惡劣(lie)的環境,我們(men)還(hai)提供(gong)密(mi)封(feng)的分(fen)立式(shi)壓電(dian)堆(dui)棧(zhan)。為方(fang)便(bian)起見(jian),這(zhe)些壓電(dian)堆(dui)棧(zhan)預裝了75 mm長(chang)的電(dian)線(xian),並(bing)包(bao)裹在Kapton®膠(jiao)帶(dai)中(zhong)。我們(men)也可以定(ding)制(zhi)壓電(dian)芯(xin)片的尺寸(cun)、電(dian)壓範圍和塗(tu)層(ceng)。
